## What we do

A paid scoping phase to set the goals and the scope. The work goes into production in small releases. At the end: a handover the next team can pick up, or ongoing operations if you'd rather we keep it.

It becomes a name, an identity, a voice, motion. And it ends up inside the product code, written as design system tokens, so it stays the same wherever it shows up. We work at every level.
- [Product design](https://adamarant.com/en/services/product-design): Most product screens look good in Figma and lose half their value the moment they reach code. We design signup, onboarding, paywall and dashboard directly on the design system components that go to production. Figma is for thinking. The real screen is the React component.

The decision about how the data is shaped happens with both ends in view, in the same head and the same pull request. ## Stack

Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript strict, Supabase Postgres + Auth + Storage + Realtime, Stripe Subscriptions + Customer Portal, Cloudflare R2, Upstash Redis, Anthropic Claude, Vercel.

## Working model

- **Coherence from landing to dashboard.** Same brand, same components, same logic across marketing and product. What the visitor sees on the site is what the user finds after they log in.
- **Scale that holds for one user and for a million.** Cloud-native architecture, a mature design system, infrastructure that grows without rewrites. One user or ten thousand, the product holds the same.
- **Every release ships with a metric.** What goes to production has a number to improve and a way to measure it. The product direction follows the data.
